① Stadium foundation layer

The foundation is generally based on cement or asphalt, with a cast-in-place thickness of 100-200 millimeters. After pouring, the curing period is about 28 days, and the water content of the foundation does not exceed 8% before the surface layer can be constructed. The thickness of the asphalt foundation is generally 100mm, and the curing period after compaction is one week before the surface layer can be constructed. Before constructing the surface layer, the cement foundation must be polished throughout the site. The expansion joint of the cement foundation should be cut into a V-shaped shape and cleaned with clean water and dried in the sun before applying the primer. The asphalt foundation must have no moisture or soil on the surface before construction.

② Sealing primer layer

Cement foundation, using a single component penetrating primer, directly open the bucket and stir evenly before rolling coating throughout the site. The primer can only be applied to the next layer after it is completely dry and does not stick to the feet.

The asphalt foundation shall be sealed with a special lotion of single component asphalt. The lotion shall be mixed evenly with 1kg+2.5kg sand+2.5kg cement+2.5kg water, and then scraped with a large rubber rake throughout the site, until all asphalt floors are covered with more than 1mm thick, and the next process can be constructed after the whole site is completely dry.

Repair the expansion joint of the cement foundation, mix 30 kilograms of silicone PU elastic layer with 0.3 kilograms of water, and then directly align it with the cut V-shaped expansion joint and fill it with material until it is even. After the elastic layer is completely dry, proceed to the next layer of construction.

③ Waterborne silicone PU elastic layer

Elastic layer (light green): 30 kilograms of elastic layer, 1.5 kilograms of leveling agent, and 0.3 kilograms of water. After stirring evenly, use a large scraper to scrape evenly. The thickness of the scraping layer should not exceed 2mm. After the entire site is completely dried, the next layer process can be carried out.

④ Waterborne silicon PU reinforcement layer

Strengthening layer (light green): 30 kilograms of strengthening layer, 1.5 kilograms of leveling agent, and 0.3 kilograms of water. After stirring evenly, use a large scraper to scrape evenly. The thickness of the scraping layer should not exceed 2mm. After the entire site is completely dried, the next layer process can be carried out.

⑤ Top coat wear-resistant layer

The color of the topcoat is based on the customer's selection, with 18.75 kilograms of topcoat main agent, 2 kilograms of sand, and curing agent

1.25 kilograms, evenly mixed and coated with a roller on the entire site. The next layer of process can only be constructed after the entire site is completely dry.

⑥ Topcoat texture layer

Topcoat texture layer ingredients: The main topcoat agent is 18.75 kilograms+1.25 kilograms of curing agent. After stirring evenly, use a roller to evenly roll and apply on one layer of topcoat throughout the field. Only after the entire field is dry can the next layer of process be constructed.

⑦ Course drawing layer

The line drawing on the court is usually done with white paint. First, use customized textured paper to paste the entire court according to the size of the line drawing on the court. The line drawing paint consists of two components: 4.4 kilograms of main agent and 0.6 kilograms of curing agent, which are mixed and directly applied in the future. If the line drawing paint is thick, you can add some water appropriately.
