① Stadium foundation layer

The foundation is generally based on cement or asphalt, with a cast-in-place thickness of 100-200 millimeters. After pouring, the curing period is about 28 days, and the water content of the foundation does not exceed 8% before the surface layer can be constructed.

The thickness of the asphalt foundation is generally 100mm, and the surface layer can only be constructed after a curing period of one week after compaction. Before the construction of the surface layer, the cement foundation must be thoroughly polished, cleaned with clean water, and dried before applying the primer. Asphalt foundation must have no moisture or soil on the surface before construction can be carried out.

② Sealing primer layer

Cement foundation, using a two component AB penetration primer, A main agent of 2.5 kilograms, B with 4 kilograms, mixed and stirred, and then mixed with 8-10 times water to evenly mix and roll coating throughout the site. If a single component primer is used, 20 kilograms are divided into one group, and 6 times the amount of water is directly added to stir evenly before rolling coating throughout the entire field.

Asphalt foundation does not require primer and can be directly scraped and coated in mortar.

③ Mortar coating

Intermediate coating (dark gray): 1kg of intermediate coating, 1kg of sand, 1kg of water, and 03kg of cement. Mix evenly and use a large scraper to scrape evenly. After the entire site is scraped, wait for the intermediate coating to completely dry before proceeding to the next layer of construction.

④ Leveling layer applied in mortar

Medium coating (dark gray): 1 kg of medium coating, 1 kg of sand, 1 kg of water, and 0.3 kg of cement. Mix evenly and use a large scraper to scrape evenly. After the entire site is scraped and the intermediate coating is completely dry, the next layer of process can be constructed.

⑤ Top coat mortar layer

The color of the topcoat is based on the customer's selection. The topcoat is 1kg, sand is 0.5kg, and water is 0.3kg. After mixing evenly, use a large rubber rake to evenly scrape it flat. Only after the entire site is dry can the next layer of process be constructed.

⑥ Topcoat texture layer

The texture layer of the topcoat is mixed with 1 kilogram of topcoat and 0.2 kilograms of water. After stirring evenly, use a large rubber rake to evenly scrape and apply, and use a long hair roller to roll and level it. Only after the entire site is dry can the next layer of process be constructed.

⑦ Course drawing layer

The line drawing on the court is usually done with white paint. First, use customized textured paper to paste the entire court according to the size of the line drawing on the court. The line drawing paint is a single component that can be mixed evenly and then directly applied. If the line drawing paint is thick, add some water appropriately.
