The foundation is generally based on cement or asphalt, with a cast-in-place thickness of 100-200 millimeters. After pouring, the curing period is about 28 days, and the water content of the foundation does not exceed 8% before the surface layer can be constructed. The thickness of the asphalt foundation is generally 100mm, and the curing period after compaction is one week before the surface layer can be constructed. Before constructing the surface layer, the cement foundation must be polished throughout the site. The expansion joint of the cement foundation should be cut into a V-shaped shape and cleaned with clean water before proceeding to the next layer of process. The asphalt foundation must have no moisture or soil on the surface before construction.

② Sealing primer layer

Pour the adhesive material into a mixing bucket in a 1:5 ratio of Group A to Group B in sequence and stir for 1.5 minutes. Then, add an appropriate amount of drying agent and stir for minutes. Quickly pour the evenly mixed material into the laid area of the coiled material that has been positioned. The amount of adhesive used is about 1.5Kg/m ²。

③ Runway roll layer

Roll and stick the plastic roll material together. When rolling, use a rolling cylinder to roll on the surface of the coil while rolling, expelling air and improving the bonding effect.

Laying After inspecting the longitudinal and transverse joints of the runway, if it is found that the joints are not filled with glue, the hand pressure gun glue pressing method can be used to apply glue and fill the longitudinal and transverse joints. After drying and solidification, a cutting knife can be used to flatten them.

④ Runway drawing layer

The runway marking paint is our company's specialized oily marking paint. The main agent is 3 kilograms of white, mixed with 2 kilograms of transparent curing agent, and then sprayed with a runway marking machine or air compressor.
