① Runway foundation layer

The foundation is generally based on cement or asphalt, with a cast-in-place thickness of 100-200 millimeters. After pouring, the curing period is about 28 days, and the water content of the foundation does not exceed 8% before the surface layer can be constructed

The thickness of the asphalt foundation is generally 100mm, and the curing period after compaction is one week before the surface layer can be constructed. Before constructing the surface layer, the cement foundation must be polished throughout the site. After polishing, clean with clean water and dry in the sun before applying the primer. The asphalt foundation must have no moisture or soil on the surface before construction.

② Sealing primer layer

Cement foundation, using a single component penetrating primer, directly open the bucket and stir evenly before rolling coating throughout the site. The primer can only be applied to the next layer after it is completely dry and does not stick to the feet.

The asphalt foundation shall be sealed with a special lotion of single component asphalt. The lotion shall be mixed evenly with 1kg+2.5kg sand+2.5kg cement+2.5kg water, and then scraped with a large rubber rake throughout the site, until all asphalt floors are covered with more than 1mm thick, and the next process can be constructed after the whole site is completely dry.

③ PU plus particle mixing layer

After mixing with two components of 1:5PU+particles+track specific catalyst, use one set of ingredients: 50kg of PUB material red color paste+10kg of PUA material glue water+20kg of particles+0.3kg of track specific catalyst+1.5kg of leveling agent. After mixing all together, use a thickness ruler and a large iron tooth rake to scrape and apply the designed thickness of the track in one go on the entire site. If the site is uneven and there is water accumulation, use the same ingredient method to prepare it, and then use an aluminum alloy scraper to level it. The next layer of work can only be carried out after the entire site is completely dry.

④ Fully plastic pure PU material layer

After mixing with a two component 1:5PU and runway specific catalyst, use one set of ingredients: 50kg PU B material red color paste, 10kg PUA material glue, 0.3kg runway specific catalyst, and 1kg leveling agent. After mixing them all together, use a thickness ruler and a large iron tooth rake to scrape and coat the designed thickness of the runway in one go. If the site is uneven and there is water accumulation, use the same ingredient method to prepare it, and then use aluminum alloy to level it. The next layer of work can only be carried out after the entire site is completely dry.

⑤ One layer of self patterned spray coating

After mixing with two components of 1:2.5PU+quartz sand+runway specific catalyst+leveling agent, use a set of ingredients: 25 kilograms of self textured B material red color paste+10 kilograms of self textured A material glue+10 kilograms of quartz sand+0.18 kilograms of runway specific catalyst+1 kilogram of leveling agent. Mix all together and evenly, then use the runway spraying machine to spray in the reverse direction of left and right in the entire field. The next layer of work can only be carried out after the entire site is completely dry.

⑥ Two layers of self patterned spray surface

Similarly, mix the mixture with two components of 1:2.5PU, quartz sand, runway specific catalyst, and leveling agent. Mix one set of ingredients: 25 kilograms of self textured B material red color paste, 10 kilograms of self textured A material glue, 10 kilograms of quartz sand, 0.18 kilograms of runway specific catalyst, and 1 kilogram of leveling agent. Mix them all together and evenly, then use a runway spraying machine to spray the entire area in the opposite direction of the spraying surface layer in reverse order. The next layer of work can only be carried out after the entire site is completely dry.

⑦ Runway drawing layer

The runway marking paint is our company's specialized oily marking paint. The main agent is 3kg white, mixed evenly with 2kg transparent curing agent, and then sprayed with a runway marking machine or air compressor.
