① Foundation layer of the site

The foundation is generally based on cement or asphalt, with a cast-in-place thickness of 100-200 millimeters. After pouring, the curing period is about 28 days, and the water content of the foundation does not exceed 8% before the surface layer can be constructed. The thickness of the asphalt foundation is generally 100mm, and the curing period after compaction is one week before the surface layer can be constructed. Before constructing the surface layer, the cement foundation must be polished throughout the site. The expansion joint of the cement foundation should be cut into a V-shaped shape and cleaned with clean water and dried in the sun before applying the primer. The asphalt foundation must have no moisture or soil on the surface before construction.

② Environmentally friendly primer sealing layer

On a clean, sediment free, and waterless foundation layer, evenly roll and apply a layer of adhesive. Reference dosage of glue 0.2kg/m ²。

③ Environmentally friendly rubber particle structure layer

Mix the particles and single component adhesive in a ratio of 1:8, mix evenly, and spread and scrape evenly on the site. The reference dosage for particles is 6kg/m2, and the reference dosage for glue is 0.75kg/m ²

Wait for After the bottom layer material solidifies, a particle layer is laid on the surface layer.

④ Environmentally friendly colored EPDM rubber particle surface layer

Mix EPDM particles and single component adhesive in a ratio of 1:6, stir evenly, use a scraper to flatten and pat tightly, and then maintain. The reference dosage of colored particles is 5kg/m ², Reference dosage of glue 0.84kg/m ²。

⑤ Pattern drawing layer

The site pattern is based on the designed color and position, and is assisted by construction with beautiful paper or templates, and brushed onto the ground layer of the site.
