3、 Quality standards

1. New national standard GB36246-2018 for breathable plastic track

4、 Basic acceptance:

1. The foundation of breathable plastic track sports ground can be divided into asphalt concrete foundation and cement concrete foundation.

2. The asphalt concrete foundation should be dense, solid, flat, with a rough surface, no cracks, and no rolling marks.

3. The cement concrete foundation is flat, hard, with a rough surface, no sand return, and no fractures or fine joints; There should be no floating cement powder on the surface, and the cement concrete grade should meet the concrete C-25 inspection standard.

4. The measurement of flatness is qualified if there is no depression of more than 3mm when measured with a three meter ruler at any point on the foundation plane, or if there is no depression of more than 1mm when measured with a one meter ruler.

5、 Required materials and usage ratio:

1. Single component glue: 0.2.

2. EPDM base particles and plastic EPDM particles are 1:8, and (1-3) EPDM particles are 1:6.

3. Plastic 13mm breathable plastic runway spraying topcoat Group A: Group B=1:2, total dosage of 1.3KG and red green blue EPDM particles (1mm-2mm) dosage of 1.1KG are used together with plastic 13mm breathable plastic runway spraying topcoat

4. Scribing paint group A: group B=1:1 white blue yellow

5. The dosage of catalyst A component 1-3% is used in conjunction with the 13mm breathable plastic runway spraying topcoat of plastic

6. Small amount of auxiliary materials or no use of diluents.

6、 Specific on-site operations

1. Construction steps

(1) The construction process for laying the 13mm breathable plastic runway using a two-step construction method is adopted.

The bottom layer of plastic EPDM particles is laid with a thickness of 10 millimeters. After curing, a layer of EPDM particles mixed with PU adhesive with a thickness of 2-3 millimeters is sprayed on top. (Note: If the site is uneven, the paving thickness needs to be determined based on the site conditions to determine the flatness after paving is completed.).

(2) Process flow:

Cleaning the site → Rolling bottom coating at the back → Mechanical paving or (manual) paving at the front →

Breathable plastic runway topcoat spraying → measurement and marking → completion.

2. Construction Scheme Description

1、 Preparation before construction

(1) After the construction team enters the site, first count the types and quantities of all materials, make a list, and submit it to the supervisor for signature.

(2) Check whether the mechanical equipment such as the mixer and pusher are operating normally, and promptly repair any problems found. Prepare the construction tools and adjust the machine and its thickness according to the required thickness on the construction drawings. Conduct spot checks and inspections on the materials on site, and make one test coupon for each batch number. Discovering material deterioration or discoloration should be discontinued. If there is precipitation, make it uniform.

(3) Reasonably divide the construction sections according to the engineering situation, measure the position of the construction line, and place the construction line properly.

(4) Batching personnel should carefully count the variety and model of raw materials, confirm that they are the same as the materials required on the construction site, and then pile up the materials on the material rack, arrange them neatly, and keep the bucket mouth down for backup.

2、 Plastic EPDM particle layer laying:

(1) Before laying the plastic EPDM particle layer, the foundation should be cleaned first, and then a layer of bottom coating adhesive should be applied to the foundation surface before laying. During construction, one should brush glue while laying a layer of plastic EPDM particles. When the adhesive solidifies and the plastic EPDM particle layer is laid, it will affect the bonding. It is not advisable to apply the adhesive on a large area before laying the plastic EPDM particle layer. The area of the adhesive should be determined by the amount of plastic EPDM particles that should be immediately applied.

(2) The amount of plastic EPDM particles used for the bottom layer per square meter should be controlled at around 8KG, and the material ratio should be one component glue: plastic EPDM particles=1:8.

(3) Mix the materials evenly in the mortar mixer according to the above ratio, send them to the site for mechanical (manual) paving, control the design thickness, and flatten and compact them. Generally, it gradually solidifies within 3 hours and fully solidifies within 2 days.

3、 Spraying of breathable plastic runway topcoat:

(1) After the plastic EPDM particle layer is solidified and formed, a paint slurry layer (usually red) can be sprayed on its surface. The ratio is: EPDM particles: plastic 13mm breathable plastic runway spraying topcoat=1:1. Firstly, mix and mix the top coat slurry of the 13mm breathable plastic runway with an appropriate amount of catalyst in proportion, and add EPDM particles during the mixing process. The required size of EPDM particles is generally around 1-2mm. Then pour the slurry into a professional sprayer and spray it onto the surface of the plastic EPDM particle layer. During spraying, an appropriate amount of diluent can be added according to the thinness of the paint slurry. The spraying sequence is uniform, with two coats sprayed in both directions.

(2) Before construction, spraying personnel should calculate the amount of paint used, mark the length of each barrel of paint applied, and ensure that they have a clear understanding and use materials reasonably.

(3) The material transportation action should be clean and fast, and the material should be poured multiple times during pouring. The excess material at the edge of the barrel should be cleaned in a timely manner to keep the outside of the barrel clean and create good conditions for spraying personnel.

4、 Measurement and marking of breathable plastic runway lines:

(1) Professional technical personnel from the technical department measure the site, and the theodolite, steel tape, etc. used must be tested and qualified by the level inspection department before use. Accurate calculation of temperature and ruler changes is required The accuracy of measurement, the distance and length between the positions of each marker line and the endpoint line should not have a negative difference, and the positive difference should be less than 1/10000.

(2) The hardness standard is "Plastic and Plastic 13mm Breathable Plastic Track" GB36246-2018

(3) The transverse slope shall not exceed 1/100, and the longitudinal slope shall not exceed 1/1000.

(4) Mark the accurately measured points with a pin, and the distance between each point should not exceed 1 meter. Use tape to stick both sides of the line to be marked, and then evenly brush the marking paint onto the surface with a brush The color of the brushed process line is uniform, saturated, and the thickness is consistent. The process line has no virtual edges or serrations.

(5) After completion, the garbage around the 13mm breathable plastic runway has been cleared from the site.
