The main raw materials for EPDM cast-in-place elastic flooring are adhesives and EPDM particles, and their product characteristics have strict requirements for the foundation bottom and construction process. The following points should be noted when using our company's products:
1、 Requirements for the bottom surface of the foundation:
1. Asphalt concrete or cement concrete can be used for foundation pavement, and it is required to have a certain strength and stability (cement concrete foundation needs to cut expansion joints, and waterproof layers may not be required).
2. Cracks and uneven frost heave caused by freezing are strictly prohibited in the foundation.
3. The foundation has good flatness and specified slope.
4. Flat surface Drainage.
5. The surface of the foundation should be kept clean and dry, and a strict maintenance period is required after the foundation is completed.
2、 Construction process requirements:
1. There are two construction processes for construction classification, mechanical paving and manual paving.
2. On the basis of meeting the requirements, surface pre-treatment should first clean the surface, and there should be no dirt, dust, water (including watermarks), oil stains, etc. After cleaning, evenly apply the primer on the foundation to enhance its bonding ability with the ground and avoid irreversible consequences.
3. Pay attention to the following issues when conducting small sample tests before construction

8. Construction precautions (manual)
1) The optimal construction temperature for plastic is 15-35 ℃. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the construction.

3) The mixing must be thoroughly and evenly mixed.
4) Each batch of materials must be well connected, otherwise there will be seams if the connection is not good.
5) When trimming, be sure to be neat.
6) Be sure to strictly follow the proportion of ingredients.
7) After the site is completed, check and clean the remaining items on the site to make the entire site beautiful.
