① Stadium foundation layer

The foundation is generally based on cement or asphalt, with a cast-in-place thickness of 100-200 millimeters. After pouring, the curing period is about 28 days, and the water content of the foundation does not exceed 8% before the surface layer can be constructed.

The thickness of the asphalt foundation is generally 100mm. After being pressed, the curing period should be sufficient for a week before the construction of the surface layer. Before the surface layer is constructed, the cement foundation must be polished throughout the site. After polishing, clean with clean water and dry in the sun before applying a single component EPDM adhesive.

The asphalt foundation must have no moisture or soil on the surface before construction.

② Sealing primer layer

Both cement and asphalt foundations can be directly coated with a single component EPDM adhesive while rolling and constructing the next layer. If the adhesive is thick, some leveling agent can be added and stirred before use. Remember not to add other diluents.

③ EPDM particle layer

EPDM particle layer is divided into colored particle layer or black particle layer. Colored particle layer, with 6kg of adhesive 1kg for particles and 7kg of adhesive 1kg for black particles. After stirring evenly, use an electric paver or trowel to pave and level the layer in one go according to the designed thickness.

Only when the entire site is completely dry and not sticky can the next layer of process be constructed.

④ Silicone PU particle sealing layer

The sealing layer mainly consists of a silicone elastic layer mixed with plastic powder to thicken it evenly. Then, use a scraper to scrape the particle gaps of the previous layer of paved particles, with a ratio of 30 kilograms and 3 kilograms of plastic powder. After stirring evenly, use it. After the entire site is completely dried, the next layer of work can be carried out.

⑤ Waterborne silicone PU elastic layer

Elastic layer (light green): 30 kilograms of elastic layer, 1.5 kilograms of leveling agent, and 03 kilograms of water. After stirring evenly, use a large scraper to scrape evenly. The thickness of the scraping layer should not exceed 2mm. After the entire site is completely dried, the next layer process can be carried out.

⑥ Top coat wear-resistant layer

The color of the topcoat shall be based on the customer's selection. The topcoat main agent is 1875 kilograms, sand is 2 kilograms, and curing agent is 125 kilograms. After mixing evenly, the whole field is evenly rolled with a roller, and the next layer of process can only be constructed after the entire field is dry.

⑦ Topcoat texture layer

Topcoat texture layer ingredients: The main topcoat agent is 18.75 kilograms+1.25 kilograms of curing agent. After stirring evenly, use a roller to evenly roll and apply on one layer of topcoat throughout the field. Only after the entire field is dry can the next layer of process be constructed.

⑧ Course drawing layer

The line drawing on the court is usually done with white paint. First, use customized textured paper to paste the entire court according to the size of the line drawing on the court. The line drawing paint consists of two components: 4.4 kilograms of main agent and 0.6 kilograms of curing agent, mixed evenly, and then directly applied. If the line drawing paint is thick, you can add some water appropriately.
