——Working conditions for laying PVC sports flooring——

1. The construction ground should be clean, flat, long-lasting dry, sturdy, and free from dust and dirt.

2. The flatness of the base layer should be within 2 meters of a straight edge, and the drop in rotation should be less than 3 millimeters. Otherwise, the ground treatment should be carried out in advance.

3. It is advisable to operate at an indoor temperature of 15 ℃.

4. The requirement for indoor air humidity should be between 20% -75%.

The detection and treatment of the ground base layer is directly related to the construction quality of self leveling, and the quality of self leveling is directly related to the effectiveness and service life of PVC floor laying.

Step 1: Five requirements for grassroots testing and treatment: sturdy - the tensile strength is greater than 1.5Mpa; Cleaning - treat with a vacuum cleaner or saw dust; No grease - clean the grease area with low concentration alkaline solution; No gaps - after filling with foam adhesive, apply cement mortar evenly; Leveling - Use cement mortar to coat uneven areas evenly. The height difference within a range of two meters shall not exceed 3mm.

Step 2: Apply the interface agent. ——Construction and paving methods for sports flooring——

The floor is unfolded in advance and laid flat on the ground Above, and the on-site temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃. After the floor is restored, an additional 5cm should be left in both sections during cutting.

Method 1: Mobile pavement:

The floor and floor are bonded together using a dedicated single-sided connection tape provided by the manufacturer

——Cleaning and maintenance of sports flooring——

1、 PVC floor protection

1. Sand and stone protection: Place a sand and stone protective mat at the entrance of a room or hall using PVC flooring to prevent shoes from bringing sand and stone into the room and scratching the floor surface.

2. Item handling protection: When handling items, especially sharp metal objects at the bottom, do not drag them on the floor to prevent injury to the floor.

3. Smoke and fire protection: Do not place burning cigarette butts or high-temperature metal objects directly on the floor to prevent floor damage.

4. Chemical protection: Avoid a large amount of water staying on the floor surface for a long time. Soaking the floor with water for a long time may penetrate under the floor, causing the floor adhesive to dissolve and lose its adhesion, and also easily causing the floor to bulge and deform.

5. Sunshine protection: Avoid direct exposure to strong light. Long term exposure to ultraviolet radiation can cause discoloration and fading of the floor.

2、 PVC floor maintenance

1. Regular floor maintenance: PVC floors should be cleaned with neutral cleaning agents, and strong acid or alkali cleaning agents should not be used to clean the floor. Regular cleaning and maintenance work should be done well;

2. Daily maintenance: Use a vacuum cleaner for vacuum cleaning, or use a clean 90% dry mop to clean the ground, and locally clean severely polluted areas;

3. Monthly maintenance: Clean the ground and wax the partially damaged foundation.
